The Atelier Neo Medici is happy to propose elegant accomodations in the Manoir de Bordeneuve.

For the Spring and Fall workshops ,student can rent  fully furnished,self-catering apartments (1,2 or 3 bedrooms),equipped with television and Wifi .

The Manoir de Bordeneuve is situated in a quiet residential area (ten minute’s walk from the Atelier) , in an enclosed, wooded three acre park.

Price for two months accomodations: 1400 Euros for a private apartment, and others which can be shared by two students for almost half the price.

These accommodations and  prices are only available for students of the Atelier Neo Medici.

Les Gites de la Bastide

In town, next door to the Atelier Neo Medici. In 15th century town house, elegant private 2 bedroom

furnished apartment,medieval architecture,elevator,balcony.

 

La Maison de Velours

Within easy walking distance of the Atelier Neo Medici, the Maison de Velours  was completely renovated in 2004.

It is located in a quiet street in the centre of  Villeneuve sur Lot. It is divided into 5 studios ,which are fully equipped.

 

An additional selection of furnished apartments and houses nearby are available on demand.
